Dear McKinley Parents,
It is an honor to be your principal for the 2023-2024 school year. I bring more than 22 years of experience as an educator and administrator. My leadership vision is to implement systems that will increase student engagement and parent involvement while supporting all staff.
Safety and communication are essential to me. In collaboration with our staff, I will implement systems that provide a safe entrance and exit at our school. I ask that you are patient with us as these changes take place.
The School Site Leadership Team and I will analyze student data to ensure that we are using our resources with a focus to increase student achievement. We will use the support staff and personnel to help us improve student engagement and provide a safe learning environment for all students.
